Items purchased during sale or events can be returned or exchanged, depending on stock levels.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? (UK)

If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for FREE for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.  To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the ‘How do I return my items?’ section.

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN’T RETURN? (UK)

We do not accept returns on items that tags are removed from and/or have been used.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS? (UK & International)

it’s the customers responsibility to return their parcel using their own preferred courier service, please keep your tracking number safe. When returning your item, please send this back in a sealed package and you must include your returns form. We recommend sending your parcel back to us using a tracked service. Our return PO BOX is:

We ask to allow 14 working days for all returns to be processed and refunded once received.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 5 working days of it reaching our warehouse. Please note, if the item is marked as ‘returned to HUB’, this does not mean it has reach us yet, but it has reached the Rebound sorting facility. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email info@incclo.com so we can investigate this for you.
